Reward Analyst
- Permanent
- Circa £45,000 + Bonus
- Location: West London
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst to join a highly recognised organisation and develop their career. This is a business facing role which will provide a mix of BAU and project work, and be part of a close-knit reward team and function. You will be working closely with and reporting directly to the Head of Reward.
The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Support the implementation and delivery of reward projects
- Support annual reward processes including pay, bonus, and LTIP calculations and review
- Salary survey submissions
- Salary benchmarking
- Job levelling & grading
- Job evaluations using WTW
- Perform pay, reward, and benefits data analysis
- Gender pay gap, ethnicity pay gap, and other ad hoc reporting
What you must have:
- Experience in a similar reward analyst role
- Experience working through year-end compensation processes
- Confidence and experience of working in a business facing Reward role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong excel skills, reporting, working with large data sets
