HR Advisor - Cardiff £32,000 - £36,000 + Benefits

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing large caseloads dealing with matters such as disciplinaries, sickness and grievances, whilst providing professional advice to employees. You will also be responsible for project work and research on HR policies within the department.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified and have proven experience working in HR capacity. You will also have excellent problem-solving skills along with fantastic communication and organisational skills. Experience dealing with sensitive issues is also essential for this role.


What you'll get in return
