Your new company
Our client is one of the world's largest professional services networks, who due to significant and sustained growth, are currently recruiting for several new roles within their Learning & Development teams.
As a Learning Consultant you will work closely with stakeholders both internally, and externally to achieve commercial and strategic success within the organisation.


Your new role
Your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify their strategic priorities and supporting learning requirements.
  • Perform training needs analysis, be accountable for training logistics and training facilitation to delegates through a range of methods.
  • Planning; facilitating and delivering stakeholder workshops, face to face and virtual/hybrid environments.
  • Source applicable vendors to solution specific training requests
  • Develop robust and trusting relationships within our business, across all lines of service.
  • Project manage and change management of strategic priorities
  • Drive standardisation in our solutions to support high quality, efficient outcomes.
  • Support the team L&D team and project manage training initiatives
  • working with senior stakeholders to identify / continuously support service tower training needs
  • developing strategies and solutions to support the required training for both onshore and offshore locations




What you'll need to succeed

  • Identifying training needs for multiple lines of service, with the ability to propose solutions
  • Experience of delivering high quality learning
  • Customer Service focussed at all times - understanding stakeholder needs and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions
  • The ability to build and strengthen long-term relationships
  • Proactive follow-up and monitoring - checking progress against targets, reporting as necessary and taking action to resolve exceptions
  • Excellent organisational skills including time management and prioritisation
  • Project management of multiple projects running concurrently
  • Profound understanding and application of Microsoft Suite & Gsuite is desirable.
