The client is an SME in Manufacturing
Description
As Director of HR, you will be responsible for;
- Managing a small HR Team, responsible for 121s, continuous development etc.
- Support with implementation of new systems
- Building strong relationships with senior leaders within the business to provide strategic support from a people perspective
- Identify opportunities and lead on developing capability among leaders
- Implement strategic talent management, including succession planning and identifying and developing high potential individuals
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and GDPR
- Ensure an efficient HR service is being provided to the business on an operational level
- Identify and embed DEI strategy within the business
- Identify areas for improvement to increase engagement and well being
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- CIPD qualified
- Strong HR experience ideally within manufacturing, industrial, logistics or similar
- Proven track record managing people
- Proven track record working at operational and strategic level
- Able to work at pace
- Strong stakeholder management skills
