Interim Senior HR Business Partner role
9-12 month FTC

Description
As Interim Senior HR BP, you will be responsible for;
- Support Head of HR to ensure high quality HR provision across the business
- Manage HR operational team members
- Ensure all HR advice given is legally compliant and adheres to all relevant policies and procedure
- Act as escalation point for particularly complex casework
- Lead on strategic HR objectives for the division, working closely with Head of HR and divisional directors
- Support whole organisation wide people strategy
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have a proven track record at HR Business Partner level
- CIPD qualified
- Experience working within NHS and have knowledge of AfC T&Cs
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and exposure to high complex ER casework
Job Offer

- 9-12 month FTC
- Hybrid working (c. 2-4 times a month in the office, but flexible to meet the needs of the business)
