Description

You're also someone who is good with reporting and technology, with the ability to translate raw data into stories practical insight

Ensure leadership considers internal mobility alongside campus and lateral recruiting when designing team structure

Your advice will deliver a positive outcome for the business, whilst observing employment legislation, upholding our Company values and, identifying and minimising risk.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition delivery teams to ensure the business area's resourcing needs and well planned for and effectively delivered.

Provide subject matter expertise in different areas such as: staffing, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, employee relations, learning and development, employment laws and regulations

Profile

  • Experience in implementing new initiatives and influencing stakeholders in complex organisations.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of HR-good-practices, profound knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • 5+ years in a leadership role, managing a team of HR managers
  • be qualified to CIPD level 7 although candidates currently operating at or studying towards CIPD level 5
  • Ability to work flexibly over a wide geographical area and experience of working in a multi-site/mobile capacity.
