A leading property consultancy firm are looking for an L&D Team Associate to join their gorwing team of 6. Working closely with the L&D Manager and L&D Coordinator this role will be responsible for:

  • Manage all training schedule offered globally
  • Onboarding and all new joiner communication
  • Ongoing training and development for all staff
  • Liaise with external training providers.
  • Ensure the leaner experience is efficient and seamless
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to prepare all workshops and training days
  • Support the team in finding new ways to improve the learning and development systems within the business.
  • Provide feedback for all training.
  • Maintain internal comms via the intranet and company newsletter.

As an L&D Associate, you will possessth following:

  • Bachelor's degree is highly desirble.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotionally intelligent.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong experience with scheduling
  • Highly organised.
  • IT literate, proficiency with MS Office.
