I have a great opportunity for an interim HR Operations Manager. Working for a reputable and established Asset Manager you will be working with the CPO to provide support on all HR related activities. You will be responsible for managing the company's People Functions, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of the People Operations and contribute your ideas and expertise to make any improvements to processes and procedures. You will also get involved in strategic projects and utilise your experience to add true value to the business.

Salary: £75000 to £90000

You will start on an FTC basis with the opportunity for permanent afterwards

Hybrid working

Accountabilities include:

  • Full responsibility for HR Operations creating an efficient and effective service to the business
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date and maintained
  • Supporting with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Partnering with the business and managing the recruitment process
  • Dealing with benefit queries, managing renewals, payroll process and salary reviews
  • Responsible for keeping D&I statistics up to date and providing reports when requested
  • Maintaining the new People and Learning System
  • Managing the onboarding process
  • Organising and coordinating L&D programmes
  • Supporting the implementation of the new People and Learning platform
  • Reviewing and updating internal job descriptions.
  • Preparing MI reports, providing analysis and insights as required

Skills & Experience

  • To apply you must have the above HR Operations Management experience within Financial Services
  • You will have a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ideally you will have worked for an SME
  • Demonstrate strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills and strong decision making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
