Ashley Kate HR are excited to be working with a well established company, based in Battersea, London as they look to recruit for an Interim HR Advisor on a FTC!

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking for the next challenge in their professional career.

Contract length: 9 - 12 months
Working hours: 30 hours per week - Tuesday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hybrid working is available with opportunities to work from home twice a week

About this role:
·Employee Relations - Working along side managers to provide support on ER matters such as long term absence, disciplinaries and grievances
·Recruitment - Communication with store managers to provide first line support with selection of candidates and taking part in the interview process
·Training - Delivering training to new employees, bringing your ideas to the table when it comes to creating new training plans
·HR Department - Being the first point of contact for any HR related queries from employees and managers
·Leavers - Oversee the leaver process by following up on exit interviews/surveys
·Other duties - Assisting with various ad hoc projects, reviewing policies and procedures and maintaining candidate information using internal systems

HR Advisor - About you
·CIPD is advantageous but not desirable
·Good communication skills both verbally and written
·Previous experience in a similar role
·Ability to work in a fast paced environment
