Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a law firm based in Birmingham. This role is hybrid and flexible on working from home with some office time. The role is a permanent role and we are looking for a strong generalist to join the team. The successful HR Advisor will have experience of advising colleagues on HR policy and procedures and have end to end generalist / HR experience.
Duties:
- Employee Relations - Lead on all core ER cases in the team - sickness, performance management, grievances and disciplinaries
- Performance Management - With the Group HRM - ensure that performance appraisals are completed and encourage managers to develop their people and assist with management plans
- Talent Management - support the delivery of the group wide talent management plan and support the process of career mapping
