Oakleaf have partnered with a Professional Services organisation with multiple sites who are on the search for a Talent Management Lead.
£75,000 + 10% bonus
Can be based in Bristol, High Wycombe, Bournemouth or Peterborough
Hybrid working (2 days per week required in home office) with travel to other offices occasionally required.
This role would suit an HR Business Partner who has worked in professional services previously, leading a business throughout growth and change.
Working for a forward thinking HRD, you will have a focus on:
- Strategic workforce planning
- Wellness, stress, overtime and resource management
- Employee engagement
- Survey trends and how to address them
- EDI plans
As this company grows, modernises and goes through the changes that come with that, this role is integral to support the fundamental processes required to ensure that change is managed effectively and positively.
