Global Head of Advisory Services (Talent Services)

FTSE listed blue-chip that provides holistic workforce solutions to a global customer base. A market leader with 50 years of business success. Headquartered in the UK, with operations in Australia, Southeast Asia, Western Europe as well as North and South America.

In response to shifting market trends and greater interest from their current customer base, they are developing a new service line - Global Advisory Services. Building upon their current expertise in workforce solutions, their Global Advisory Services / Human Capital function will specialise in the design, planning and execution of flexible workforce strategies with notable links to, ED&I, Assessment & Selection, Early Careers, Data & Insights. This Global Advisory / Human Capital function will provide a consistent go-to-market and delivery approach.

As Global Head of Advisory Services you report directly to C-Suite and be accountable for the shaping, development and ongoing enhancement of consulting / advisory products and services in the talent space. You will identify and develop new consulting and advisory products as well as ensure successful delivery of ED&I / A&S / Early Careers / Data & Insights services across the global customer base. You will be responsible for revenue and business return with the Advisory business, partner with Regional MDs and business leads as well as lead and shape a high performing global Advisory team. International travel will be required in this role.
Operating at Director / Senior Director level, you will have a detailed understanding of designing and delivering Talent and HR solutions on a global scale. You will likely have worked in a leadership role in the international Human Capital / Advisory Talent market and have experience in developing bespoke client solutions.

Alternatively, you may have held senior Talent / HR positions in a blue chip and have proven success in driving and delivering international talent / change-based people projects, however experience in external client facing capacities will be well received. You will be able to influence at Board level, deliver in a matrix setting and lead an international team. You will be comfortable operating in a commercial setting, likely have a proven track record in leading formal bids and tenders as well as the proven ability to produce high quality and accurate written documentation and reports.

Remuneration will include a competitive base salary and pack.
