HR Advisor- Tamworth

Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of our Client who are a Community Care Provider based in Tamworth, Staffordshire. This is a Full Time, Permanent position based in their offices in Tamworth.

Job role:

The Successful candidate will work closely with the wider HR team on a range of day-to-day general HR Issues and HR related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Being the main point of contact over the telephone and email to provide HR advice to Managers and colleagues across the Company, referring to policies, procedures, and employment law as appropriate.
• Proactively manage formal and informal employee relations cases, providing advice, guidance and coaching to Managers.
• Issuing staff contracts and ensuring compliance with Company processes from pre-employment checks, new starter processes and throughout the employee life cycle.
• Working with the team on TUPE transfers and ensuring all appropriate employee data is recorded on company systems.
• Processing changes to terms and conditions; notifying employees, relevant Departments and ensuring records are updated.
• Supporting the implementation of the new HR and Payroll system.

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Previous experience working in a busy HR departmens in a similar role.
• Level 5 CIPD Qualified
• Understanding of HR Processes and an up to date knowledge of current employment law.
• Self motivated individual who is conscientions and proactive.
• Must have access to a car for business use, overnight stays may be required.

This role comes with a starting salary of between £28,500 and £31,500 per annum + other company benefits.
