HR Advisor, Specialist Manufacturing, Norwich, circa £28,000-32,000 + excellent benefits

Your new company
Your new organisation is a specialist manufacturer based in Norwich. They are looking for an ambitious, competent, and experienced HR Advisor to join their established team. Working onsite, with a headcount of approx. 250, you will support an inclusive HR support and advice service, advising managers on all aspects of HR, and ensuring that policies and procedures are compliant with current employment law.

Your new role
Within your new role, you will support managers at all levels by providing a consistent and effective people service. You will guide across employment relations including cases relating to absence, occupational health, performance capability, and disciplinary and grievances.

You will also advise on HR policies, support the recruitment process, maintain the online personnel system, and work with local organisations to promote the organisation and their opportunities.

You will contribute to the continued development of HR systems, maintain own training development, and assist where and when needed within the generalist remit.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need demonstrable experience as a HR Advisor, have experience managing case work, and be able to understand the key activities behind performance management and talent. You will have HR project experience and be action and results orientated.

You will ideally hold a CIPD qualification, or be qualified by experience.

Alongside your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you will be able to demonstrate a positive approach ,and adapt your style to develop relationships across all stakeholders. You will have excellent attention to detail, be comfortable advising, and have good working knowledge of relevant packages, including the Microsoft suite.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £27,000-32,000 (subject to experience), a non-contractual bonus annually, flexi-time, 25 days holiday + AL, group pension scheme (match +2% up to 10%), private med cover, access to on-site medical team, free parking facilities, amongst other benefits.
