Oakleaf are partnered with a boutique investment firm in their search for an HR Graduate to join the busy HR function. This role is an excellent opportunity to start a career in HR for a candidate with a passion and motivation to learn, providing generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing HR administration support across the employee lifecycle updating HRIS systems and accurate records e.g. new starters, leavers, training records, mat leave
  • Assisting HR Business Partners and wider HR team in the coordination of interviews and meetings with extensive diary management
  • Ensuring all invoices are processed promptly and tracked on relevant trackers
  • Pre-drafting contracts, offer letters and references; responding to queries from the HR inbox
  • Assisting with all new joiner inductions including benefits administration
  • Accurately gather all necessary payroll data and documents
  • Act as a first point of contact for the HR function

This is a brilliant first role in Human Resources, key skills include:

  • Keen passion and interest in HR
  • Degree educated is preferable
  • Hunger and passion to learn and develop a career
  • Professional and confident communication style to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • An organised team player who is able to adapt to a fast pace environment
