Description

  • Provide learning experiences that align with company culture
  • Deliver high-quality training across multiple channels to engage audiences and promote positive performance behaviours
  • Take charge of running the Peer Coaching Program, working with different associates and demonstrating the coaching strategy
  • Assist with developing new training for associates working closely with the Director of Talent and Operational Leaders as well as conversations across the company identifying and mapping out gaps and training needs to fill these
  • Do regular site- and office visits ensuring our training is put to practice.
  • Take charge of the Onboarding Schedule ensuring new associates have a first class experience as they join the company
  • Act as a software applications guru, showing others how to use our software
  • Make sure associates are well-versed on company Standards of Excellence in addition to sales, customer experience, and software applications used in your assigned region
  • Participate in special projects supporting a wide range of initiatives
  • Be the culture leader, live fully to our values, and promote the values to others
  • Enhance and track analytics to identify continued learning opportunities for our associates
  • Keep track of training needs and requirements through regularly updating the training matrix
  • Keep track of H&S and Compliance training and partner with external providers to ensure our teams stay up to date with any regulatory changes.
  • Run the associate survey program for training to gain feedback from the associates on their journey
  • Organize the knowledge management, survey data, and analytics.
  • Work closely with our Instructional Design team on building out content as a Subject-Matter Expert and design assistant.
  • Partner with in-house Experts in their field to review their training and update slides and handouts as appropriate.
  • Manage the course completions in your market and promote course completion
  • Ensure associates are well-versed in company Standards of Excellence in addition to sales, customer experience, and software applications used in an assigned region
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain organisational communications associated with training

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, human resources, related major, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Stellar 3+ years of experience in learning and development with a demonstrated history of delivering training content and creating a highly engaging learning platform
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Ability to travel across the country
  • Ability to facilitate in small and large groups being in-person or Virtual
  • Working knowledge of applications software (UKG, Yardi, Qube, Concur, Cardinus and more) is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with associates and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills plus cultural adeptness are a must, maintaining comfort influencing leaders and effectively tailoring communications across all levels of our organisation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Best-in-class customer service skills
  • Experience translating complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format
  • Proactive, service-countered, and team building attitude
  • Exceptional time management, administrative, and organisational skills with an ability to thrive in a rapid-paced and quickly changing environment
  • Strong work ethic and respect for sensitive, confidential information
  • Experience working in the Multifamily, Real Estate, or a Customer-Focused industry
