HRIS Analyst (iTrent)

  • Office Location: London
  • Hybrid working: 1-2 days in the office per week

Oakleaf currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced iTrent HR System Specialist to join one of the UK's largest and leading housing developers. You will be the go to person for queries regarding the iTrent System and proactively drive improvements and new functionality. The role will report to the Systems & Reporting Manager.

The HRIS Analyst (iTrent) responsibilities will include:

  • Champion engagement with organisation platforms, ensuring they are well maintained and taking ownership of improvements
  • Maintain and monitor the HRIS platform (iTrent), and other platforms to ensure they efficiently service users and meet their needs
  • Create and design efficiencies to further engage our users and improve the service delivery
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR system and other platform queries
  • Proactively drive process improvements and new functionality
  • Perform system health checks and data cleansing
  • Manage system upgrades and testing
  • Ensure that various platforms are working together in an efficient way
  • Work with and upskill more junior members of the team (not line management)

What the HRIS Analyst (iTrent) must have:

  • iTrent HR System knowledge and experience essential
  • Knowledge of iTrent system admin functions such as security, workflow & automation
  • Understanding of how different systems interact and work together
  • Knowledge of MS SharePoint, MS Flow, and MS Forms would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong stakeholder management
