A fantastic new role has come up working for a prestigious management consulting firm who are looking to bring in a motivated and organised Recruiter to join their team for on an initial 6 month basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative team to take ownership of a variety of roles- ranging from fee earning to corporate functions, working as part of small team of 4 people covering EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for lateral recruitment- both fee earning and non fee earning, alongside the Talent Manager and wider team
- First point of contact for the end to end recruitment process for your remit.
- Building relationships with stakeholders and advising line managers on new vacancies and resourcing strategy through to offer stage.
- Actively encouraging the use of direct sourcing.
- Liaising with the recruitment coordinator to ensure interviews are scheduled.
- Drafting contracts of employment.
- Working closely with the wider HR team and providing a strategic partnership keeping them aware of all recruitment activity and developments.
- Managing PSL agency relationships providing feedback and guiding processes with agencies.
Key Skills:
- Previous Inhouse recruitment experience in a corporate setting
- Confident communication style with the gravitas to build relationships and advise stakeholders.
- Passion to provide an exemplary candidate experience to represent the employee brand.
Hybrid working available, and this can also be worked remotely.
