An opportunity to lead on HR for a division based in Ipswich of a wider international financial services business. The role would suit a Senior HR Advisor looking to step up or an experienced HR Manager/ HR Business Partner.

Client Details

My client is an international financial services business with sites in London and Ipswich. The division based in Ipswich is 80 people strong.

Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for all things HR. It is a hands-on operational role that includes recruitment and will be reporting directly into the MD. There is also support from group. The role will require someone to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

Profile

To be successful in the HR Manager role you will need proven HR experience and be comfortable working closely with senior management. This opportunity is great for someone who likes autonomy and wants to affect change. This is suitable for someone that wants to step up from an HR Advisor or for an experienced HR Manager. The company is not needing someone that has financial services experience so all backgrounds will be considered.

Job Offer

The HR Manager comes with a competitive salary of up to £50,000 with good benefits. The role is hybrid working with 2-3 days a week needed in the office.
