Training Administrator based in Brackley, Northamptonshire, on a Permanent basis!
 
Are you a Training Administrator looking to further your career within a well-established organisation?
 
Part Time - 25 hours per week
Salary: £21,000
Based in the on site
 
This role would suit a candidate with previous experience in Training OR Administration, and is also on the look out for an excellent opportunity to gain further experience and exposure in a manufacturing environment.
 
The Training Administrator will join a supportive, and welcoming team, and will work within a fast paced and challenging work environment.
Day to day:
·Maintain accurate training records using training matrices. Deal with enquiries relating to training and development.
·Research and source training providers. Build relationships with external learning providers/facilitators.
·Assist with the delivery of the company induction.
·Arrange, create, produce and deliver training-related material.
·Work closely with Agency partners to implement and monitor Agency training.
·Work closely with department managers to carry out Training Needs Analysis.
·Support the central People development team to organise additional training.
·Carry out post-training surveys, questionnaires and interviews to plan or amend future training.
·Support, audit and coach those delivering on-the-job training.
·Create schedules as part of the Management Induction Programme.
·Support with the management of the Training Budget.
