Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a legal firm to be based in Birmingham.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR Team. The ideal candidate will already have experience in a HR environment and will have the relevant experience. You need to be resilient, driven and focused on achieving results You will be responsible for partnering with local leaderships teams to implement HR programs and initiatives in line with our Global ER strategy (for the region). You will run the daily functions of the Employee Relations department including but not exhaustive to enforcing company policies and practices

Duties:

  • Posting job descriptions both on the firm's website and recruitment portal.
  • Liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies to co-ordinate interviews, and chase on feedback.
  • Responding to candidate queries and maintaining the careers inbox.
  • Maintaining the firm's recruitment system to ensure that each role is kept up to date.
  • Facilitating written or other assessments if applicable.
  • Maintaining the firm's corporate LinkedIn account and other direct sourcing tools
  • Maintaining the firm's recruitment agency list and ensuring it is kept up to date; and
  • Ad-hoc projects when required.
