Job Details
The HR Business Partner role will be instrumental in supporting the SLT of the Warrington site as they go through transition. Working with business leaders to drive productivity, engagement and results.
Client Details
The business are a specialist FMCG manufacturer and as such, there will be a requirement for the HR Business Partner to be on site at least 4 days a week. You will be working with the site leadership team of a 24/7 flagship site and leading a small site based team to support nearly 1000 FTE. The business have a great track record when it comes to career development, winning numerous awards for L&D and talent. With such a strong network for sites across the North and Midlands, there will absolutely be scope for progression for this role.
Description
The HR Business Partner will:
- Be the people lead on all change activity, working with the wider UK team and CoE's to map out and delivery on key strategic milestones at site level.
- Be hands on and able to get stuck into the operation. Many of the systems are manual or need replacing, which is all part of the transformation. You will need to be able to operate at all levels
- Have strong coaching, stakeholder management and leadership development skills to work with the SLT
- Strong employee life-cycle experience, particularly around driving recruitment, talent and succession planning at site level
- Manage the trade union relationship, engaging the workforce and ensuring internal communication is consistently strong
- Provide leadership and collaboration for the site HR team
- Be a strong facilitator and ambassador of change
- Support the GM in promoting a high performance culture
Profile
You will have proven HR leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
Be CIPD qualified or equivalent
Experience of working with a diverse workforce
Have demonstrable change and transformation experience
Showcase a blend of both strategic and operational working

The role is offering a competitive salary between £60,000-70,000 plus car allowance, bonus, good pension and private medical
