A housing association is looking for an interim HR Business Partner to provide support with a true partnering role and manage a full restructure program. The role is based in London with flexible hybrid arrangements.

Description

An Interim HR Business Partner to:

- A true partnering role with some key focuses

- Lead and support a variety of restructure processes, including communication and consultations

- Support managers on some Employee relation casework, including performance, grievance and disciplinary

- Have regular meetings with key stakeholders and drive performance across the business

- Provide knowledge and expertise in change, including restructuring, redundancy and organisational design

- Talent Mapping

Profile

An Interim HR Business Partner with:

- Change and restructure experience

- Experience of managing employee relation cases

- Strong communication skills

- Strong HR Generalist knowledge
