This is a permanent role which will offer hybrid working with the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week and a salary of up to £39,000 per annum.
 
About this role
·To contribute to the strategic planning of Recruitment procedures
·Liaising with managers to specify recruitment needs
·Taking part in the full employee life cycle including candidate sourcing, taking part in interviews and issuing contracts.
·Actively sourcing candidates via job boards and various social media platforms
·Being able to drive recruitment results over various branches throughout Sussex
 
Recruitment Adviser - About you
·Proven track record of delivering results in a recruitment based role
·Ability to commute to various sites across Sussex using own transport
·Previous experience in a similar role
·Ability to work in a fast paced environment
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
