Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for;
- Managing the HR Team
- Develop and implement HR processes and procedures
- Manage induction processes
- Provide day to day support to line managers on all HR matters
- Manage complex ER casework
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date
- Develop and implement annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Be CIPD qualified
- Proven track record in Senior HR Role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work on site 5 days per week
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate;
- Competitive salary c. £45-50k
- Pension 3% /6%
- 25 days AL plus bank holidays
- Potential to move to hybrid working after first few months (1-2 days from home per week)
- Flexible working
