Job Details
One of the worlds top Insurance businesses is going through an exciting period of modernisation and transformation!
They need an entrepreneurial HR Business Partner to help execute their strategic people vision for growth. You will be someone who can balance operational delivery with strategic thinking and can see change as a constant to support the business through change over time.
Reporting to Head of Organisational Effectiveness, this role will partner across senior management, specifically the COO and CFO and their dedicated leadership teams.
- Delivery and execution of people plans
- Develop workforce plans and support the delivery of organisation designs
- Be a consultant to the business to define, scope and influence key work
- Able to synthesis key information for executives & boards into board papers
