HR / ER Advisor - 6 Month FTC

Oakleaf is working with a leading local authority who are looking for an experienced ER/ HR Advisor to join their team. The role is a fully generalist role but with a strong focus on ER.

The role sits in a HR team of 6 people, and you would be working with a variety of stakeholders in the business.

The role is for an initial 6 months, with the view to go on longer/ permanent. The role is paying between £35,000-40,000 based on experience. The company offer flexible working and a great range of benefits.

HR / ER Advisor - 6 Month FTC - What we're looking for:

• A great team player with extensive experience of handling employee relations cases at all levels.
• Initiative, drive and determination to get the job done, with the ability and confidence to hit the ground running.
• An HR professional who is comfortable working at pace to deliver efficient and cost-effective people services within a culture of customer focus, continuous improvement, service excellence and employee development.
• Excellent relationship building skills, the ability to understand business context, flexibility and desire to provide pragmatic people related solutions to our customers.
• Extensive experience in dealing with people processes, technical know-how and the ability to deliver a high-performance culture.
• A skilled interpreter of people and performance analytics, who will support and challenge our People Managers to create the best employee experience and organisational performance.
