HR Officer

Your new company
Our client are automation experts based in south Leicestershire and they are looking for a new HR Officer to work in a standalone HR Generalist role on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role
As the standalone HR Officer in the company of c.80 employees you will act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries with responsibilities including:

• Maintaining HR database
• Producing and running HR reports
• Assist in administering employee benefits
• Assisting in coordinating the recruitment function
• Assisting in new starters on-boarding & inductions
• Assisting with salary reviews and bonus payments
• Performance management & appraisals
• Supporting management with ER cases - any complex queries or cases are outsourced to employment law firm
• Collate monthly payroll to send to external payroll provider
• Fleet management

This is a full time role working 38 hours Monday to Friday with some flexibility on hours and hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home with free on-site parking.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client are looking for a CIPD HR Generalist who can come in and really add value to an established relatively small workforce of c.80. We are looking for HR Generalists who have a comprehensive and thorough knowledge of employment law and have experience working in small to medium sized businesses.

You will be a dynamic and enthusiastic HR professional who has the experience and ability to come in and make beneficial changes to the HR processes and integrate well into an established and successful team.
