A leading law firm are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team. This role will be responsible for providing general HR support too all business areas. They will need to have excellent communication skills and be that first point of contact for all HR queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Support end to end employee life cycle process.
Manage employee records, and ensure all employee data is up to date.
Manage onboarding process and liaise with external reference providers to ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed before the start date.
Liaise with the Payroll team to update them on any monthly changes.
Collaborate in ad hoc projects with wider HR team
Support annual performance, salary, and bonus review by assisting meetings with internal stakeholders.
Running internal communication on the intranet on leavers, joiners and movers.

As HR Assistant, you will possess:

Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
Previous HR experience is desirable.
Proven client service is essential.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Sound understanding of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Exceptional relationship building skills to support collaboration across the firm.
