HR Manager - Birmingham
A HR Manager to be based in Birmingham with travel when needed to other office locations in the UK. Our client are a professional services firm and require a HR Manager to join their team to work alongside the HR Director.
You will have a desire to work in a busy and challenging role and provide all operational support to the HR Director and Partners across the firm. You will be working closely with partners and managers on all aspect of HR and change activity and we do require an individual who can work at all levels and drive high performance across a business. Our client is looking for a strong generalist who has the ability to prioritise and have a strong track record on employee relations and knowledge of employment law.
What are you responsible for?
- Work with key stakeholders to drive high performance culture
- Provide support and development to the HR Advisor
- Support the development and implementation of reward and recognition
- Manage the development and implementation of HR policies in line with best practise
