HR Ops Partner - Joining an immediate HR team of 10 - London based
An independent international professional services consultancy that specialises in high end engineering, design, architecture, and planning. Responsible for some of the world's most original and well-known buildings and infrastructures, this company are leaders in their field and are recognised for their quality approach.
As the Human Resources Ops Partner, you will work at the heart of your business group, delivering across the employee lifecycle. You will take ownership for the delivery of the HR cyclical activities, including salary review, talent planning, appraisals, and early careers, for your senior stakeholders. You will also identify trends, working with leaders to consider new ways of working. You will join a team of 10 HR Ops Partners, and report to the Head of HR Ops. You will collaborate with Senior HR Business Partners as well as centres of excellence especially ER to drive a change in culture regarding performance.
You will have delivered across the employee life cycle and be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders. You will be used to collaborating with HR peers and colleagues, as you work in a complex matrix structure. It is likely you will be a HR Partner or HR Ops Partner at present but you also be a skilled senior HR Advisor who is ready to step up.
£55,000 - £60,000, pack and 2 office days / 3 WFH days per week.
