Your new company
You will be joining a friendly and supportive HR team, for a leading University in London. Hybrid working (c. 2 days a week on-site) plus generous annual leave. This is a 12 month contract, with potential for permanency.
Your new role
This is a generalist HR Administrator role which will see you support managers and employees across the breadth of daily HR activities. Duties will include; providing first-line advice on general HR queries, supporting managers in ensuring timely contractual and payroll actions, processing HR related paperwork and data input (using the HR/Payroll system) and assisting the recruitment team to maintain compliance checks (UKVI). Furthermore, you will develop your experience in employee relations by taking effective notes during casework meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will possess experience working in an HR administrative role where you have demonstrated excellent communication skills and organisational ability, along with showing a passion for providing excellent customer service.
