Reward Analyst

Frazer Jones is now partnering with a global legal firm to source a Reward Analyst on a permanent basis. They have a committed and award-winning HR team that are closely integrated as well as a very low turnover and flexible working model of one day a week from the office.

This is a unique opportunity for a HR Professional/Generalist (Reward exposure) or a Reward Administrator to join a hardworking HR team and expand their career within Reward.

As their Reward Analyst, you will take a lead role on key reward projects such as Gender Pay reporting and act as advisor to key stakeholders on Reward policy and procedures.

Duties will include:

• Act as a point of contact for reward and benefit queries and provide collaborative support to all areas of the HR team as well as employees/partners on reward matters.
• Play a critical role in delivering year-end performance, bonus, and salary review processes
• Support on key reward projects and statutory reporting such as Gender Pay
• Being responsible for providing and presenting compensation related information and spreadsheets to the HR team and the wider business

To be considered, you must have gained experience as a Reward Advisor/Analyst with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel to manipulate and analyse data sets. Experience of working with HR reward benchmarking systems (ideally the Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology) and compensation principles is essential.

In return, you will receive up to £55,000 per annum with excellent benefits, career progression, and flexible working (one day a week from the office).
