Client Details

The client is in Public Sector

Description

As EDI officer, you will be responsible for;

  • Develop an EDI Strategy including action plan
  • Develop EDI reporting for the organisation
  • Advise and amend policies and procedures to embed D&I into everything they do
  • Identify training opportunities
  • Partner HR team to provide advice guidance and support on people issues

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Solid experience within EDI arena
  • Ideally with HR, L&D, change management background
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Project management experience
  • Available for 6 month contract
