(Employee Relations Casework)

• Location: Flexible Grade & Salary: £39,700-£44,522 (Grade 7) Post number: 203270 Type of contract: Permanent Work pattern: full time, 37 hours

Role Purpose

You will primarily lead and support the variety of employee relations casework for the whole of NRW. The post holder will also work with managers and senior managers (Executive Directors, Leadership Team and Management Teams) on a practical working relationship to continuously improve People Management practices particularly in relation to Disciplinary, Grievances and Capability. You will report to a Senior Manager within People Management who may or may not have the same specialism. You will work closely and collectively with colleagues within the same Directorate Team and with similar professional specialists across NRW to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge and experience of the following:

1. CIPD qualified (Level 7: Advanced)/Chartered Member of the CIPD, or equivalent level HR Qualification, or the equivalent level of experience. Extensive knowledge and experience of people management legislation and best practice.
