Diversity and Inclusion Consultant - Birmingham
12 month FTC - circa £55,000 per annum
* Hybrid working - 1 / 2 days in Birmingham*
Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with an international Technology business to find a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant.
You will be an experienced D&I professional, the ideal candidate would have experience in a growing, international tech business but this is not essential.
Duties:
- Lead the delivery of the organisations D&I Plan across all office locations, ensuring cohesion of goals, delivery and collaboration on initiatives and management of Global Diversity & Inclusion Group, Network Groups and Gender Parity Steering Group.
- Produce quarterly strategy updates to demonstrate progress against the D&I Plan.
- Devise and deliver a programme of awareness raising events to develop understanding of D&I with our staff and our clients.
- Undertake research into best practice and prepare influential proposals for initiatives with global and cultural awareness.
