As a member of the UK HR Team, the Associate HR Business Partner is responsible for assessing and anticipating HR related needs of internal stakeholders (employees and/or management) to deliver value-added services in support of business objective

Client Details

My client is a global organisation that provides professional consultancy services across a broad variety of industries including automotive, industrial, energy, manufacturing, medical, real estate and more. With sites across the UK, the HR team are seeking an HR Business Partner to join them at their East Kilbride site on a temporary to permanent basis


Reporting into the UK HR Manager, and working closely with the site HR Business Partners, the Associate HR Business Partner will focus on one or a number of divisions within the UK and shall have good knowledge of Employment Law and Best Practice.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting UK, regional and corporate HR projects, taking the lead in one strategic area(e.g. Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Benefits & Well-being, Culture)
  • Recruitment - liaising with the management teams on recruitment processes for the site
  • Learning & Development - identifying training needs and coordinating training initiatives
  • Performance Development and Management
  • Employee Relations - supporting the management team with ER cases
  • Monthly Payroll processes


The successful candidate will be an existing HR Advisor or Business Partner seeking a standalone-site business partnering role. The Associate HR Business Partner must have excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to support and influence a broad range of stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be part-CIPD qualified or above

Job Offer

A salary of circa £40,000 plus hybrid working and benefits

An August start date is required for candidates on a temp to permanent basis
