Talent Management Lead (HRBP) - regional

A growing and transforming accountancy business has a new opportunity for an established HRBP. Working across their Southern region, the HR Business Partner's base office could be Buckinghamshire or Cambridgeshire with paid for travel to other offices on a monthly basis.

Duties:

• Partner your designated client groups to deliver day to day value as well as ensure alignment with the broader people and business strategies
• Ensure that an appropriate people plan is in place by understanding the division's strategic drivers
• Work closely with Partners and divisional leaders on areas such as strategic workforce planning, resource management, employee engagement and ED&I
• Change management and OD interventions in support of divisional success
• Proactively use relevant people data to identify trends, diagnose issues and provide analytics upon which to base decision making
• Informal coaching of Partners and employees
• Oversight of all employee lifecycle processes including updates on recruitment, employee relations, reward and talent management

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience of HR Business Partnering gained in a professional or corporate environment
• Time spend in professional services or partnership firms would be ideal
• Strong understanding of employment law and experience handling employee relations
• Desire to operate in a blended role with both strategic and some operational elements
• Experience of working collaboratively with HR operations teams and centres of excellence
