Description

  • Support implementation of Global projects and initiatives at a local level

  • Working within a professional and collaborative team, accountabilities include:

  • Assist with internal HR process improvement, HR policy development and implementation

  • Liaising, collaborating and coordinating with members of the HR Team across locations to ensure effective communication and consistency of process; providing an efficient, effective and timely service to the business and contributing to the effective planning of workload, initiatives and training.

  • Actively and pro-actively redeveloping or creating policies, processes and tools as required by legislation or changes to internal working processes, collaborating as required. Ensuring they are fit for purpose and appropriate for the business and appropriately focus on the offshore community for fairness, consistency and business effectiveness.

Profile

* Experience of managing HR Projects - proven ability to structure, oversee and execute projects
* Experience of working in or in close partnership with all areas of HR (Talent Acquisition, Reward, L&OD, HR Operations, Employment Law)
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships
* CIPD Qualified or degree level equivalent
* Project management and numeracy skills.

Job Offer

  • Basic salary up to £53,000 depending on experience
  • Annual bonus (up to 17.5% of salary)
