Talent Acquisition Specialist

Oakleaf Partnership is working with one of the world's largest multi-national investment banks in their search for an In-house Recruiter to join their growing Talent acquisition team. This will be a fast-paced role requiring a level head and the ability to multitask. The Recruiter will be collaborating with the wider team to support all recruitment activities. The Talent acquisition professional will be supporting the general growth of the business within the consumer and wealth management branches of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an industry leading Talent acquisition team!

You will have outstanding experience in delivering excellence in:

• Build a pipeline of suitable candidates for current live roles as well as talent pools for future roles
• Maintain relationships with passive candidates in the talent pools
• Work with Senior Talent acquisition Manager to build relationships with key stakeholders across the US business units
• Build relationships across the global Talent acquisition team and contribute to global continuous improvement initiatives in Talent acquisition
• Understand the business units, role, candidate profile, and interview process for each position you are supporting.

We are keen to hear from proactive Talent Acquisition professionals with strong initiative and drive. These individuals will need to have a minimum of 6-8 years' experience.

Requirements:

• 6 years' minimum experience in a professional environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyse information and identify appropriate solutions
• Demonstrated problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Experience in client-facing role and demonstrated ability to build relationships both internally and externally
