Job Details
As interim Workday Analyst, you will report to the Head of People Analytics and will focus on creating valuable dashboards and tools to allow business leaders to make informed decisions.

My client is a London based consultancy, partnering with some of the world's leading organisations.
Description
- Production of reports and dashboards relating primarily to DE&I initiatives (but not exclusively) within Workday
- Providing ongoing update and maintenance of scorecards and dashboards as well as additional regular and ad hoc reporting requests
- Bespoke research and analysis
- Data analysis to support DE&I initiatives
- Reviewing and advising on ways to automate and present solutions to meet regular reporting needs
- Maintaining awareness and engagement on data accuracy globally
- Support with ad hoc HR programme delivery, where capacity permits
Profile
- Experience in an HR MI / Analytics role, with extensive knowledge of HR management
- Workday reporting experience and expertise, with demonstrable experience of building and creating dashboards
- Experience of Power BI and Workday, and dashboard creation in Workday
- Well versed in creating complex calculated fields
- Experience of scorecards / discover boards would be an advantage
