Your new role
As Interim HR Business Partner, reporting to the HR Director will deliver HR strategy that supports the business and employees to meet their objectives. Working across head office and client sites in London in this generalist remit you will be responsible for ER, recruitment, succession planning, talent management, learning and development, performance and change management.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have experience of working as an HR Business Partner gained in a multi site operation - facilities management, construction, transport sectors would be an advantage. Strong change, TUPE and ER would be an advantage. You will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level and will be able to start a new role on short notice and commit to the duration of the 12 month contract. It is essential that you are able to work in a hybrid manner 3 or 4 days a week from central london sites and offices.
