Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a forward thinking and dynamic business that this vital to the success of London's and the UK's economy in their search for a HR Change Manager. This role is permanent and will be working on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office in West London.


The HR Change Manager will support with People Change across various organisational effectiveness programmes across the whole business.

The HR Change Manager will work collaboratively with leaders and colleagues to influence and shape people change projects within change frameworks and models. Using these frameworks, tools and resources the role holder will coach on the right people change outcomes across various transformation programmes to drive maximum business benefit and value led outcomes.

The role will lead and facilitate the change through different forums, workshops, leadership events, engagement forums or by transitioning the activity to be led by BP's, line managers. It's important that our plans are documented that we've engaged effectively, and the solution is fit for purpose and delivers the desired outcome.


Required Experience:


* Working and delivering change initiatives in a sensitive and ideally unionised environment
* Leading people changes across a complex environment
* Excellent planning and organising with the ability to track deliverables
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, and act as a trusted advisor on change best practice and recommend solutions
* Experience of taking a creative and innovative approach to driving solutions
* Experience of working with senior stakeholders and hold a high level of gravitas to shape and influence decisions
* Ability to work at times in a changing environment with some level of ambiguity while able to self-manage and sometimes to tight time frames, and under pressure
* Business knowledge and experience of working in a sensitive and confidential environment is desirable
* Understanding of key change methodologies and applying these is desirable
