The role is for a Regional HR Business Partner, you will work strategically with the Senior Leadership team to drive the people agenda. The role is regional, with a mix of travel and home working.

Description

As the Regional HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with SLT across the region to coach, manage and up skill on HR issues
  • Develop regional people plan in line with wider group people strategy
  • Focus on Talent Management including workforce and succession planning
  • Partner with other areas of People team
  • Identify and work closely with L&D team to identify training needs and strategy
  • Focus on Employee engagement
  • Lead on complex ER casework

Profile

The right Regional HR Business Partner will;

  • Have a proven track record operating at HRBP/Senior HRBP level
  • CIPD qualified
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Open to travel across region
  • Experience in working in large multi-site organisations.
  • Strong Strategic HRBP experience

Job Offer

  • £70-80k dependant on experience
  • Car allowance c£4.5k
  • Field based with hybrid working
