Payroll Assistant/ Reading/ Perm - full time / Office based / up to £29k
Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a great team as they look to recruit a permanent Payroll Administrator. As Payroll Administrator your role will primarily be focussed on the payroll function, assisting the Payroll Manager with processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the HR team and utilise the attendance management system on absence and holiday reporting.
- Handle any queries relating to Payroll.
- Manage on boarding administration including starter paperwork.
- Calculate statutory calculations.
- Liaise with managers and HR to gain payroll information.
We are looking for:
- Previous Payroll administration experience.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Very strong communicator.
