Oakleaf Partnership are extremely proud to be supporting a highly succesful Executive Search firm in their hunt for a HR Coordinator. The person who takes on this role will have access to learning and development throughout their time at the company. This team is looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months HR experience, that is ready to progress and add value to the company as they go. Responsibilities:

  • Ownership for the HR generic inbox and actioning all requests
  • Keeping the HR tracker up to date and action any necessary forms and administration
  • Issuing all new starter administration and paperwork - offer letters, contracts, employee forms, reference and qualification checks / new starter due diligence
  • Ensuring the leaver process has been followed and conducting exit interviews
  • Management of our HR CRM system (salesforce)
  • Assisting with Payroll. Preparing payroll documentation and providing payrollsupport with queries
  • Updating the benefit portals with starter and leaver information
  • Providing data, analytics and management information reports as and when required
  • Creating change of salary, working hours, job title documentation and ensuring electronic files are up to date
  • Updating and maintaining the intranet and policy updates
  • Maintaining current employee, new joiner and leaver files
  • Support the induction process and run the HR induction session
  • Invoice management
  • Assist with flexible working requests
  • Conduct maternity/parental briefings and prepare documentation in relation to different types of leave
  • Support with the approval of working from home allowance request and expenses approval in line with policy
  • Carrying out any other ad hoc duties to support the HR Department or when requested by the Head of HR and COO
