Description

• Facilitates a culture of learning and continuous growth by coaching and supporting regional leaders to grow themselves, to grow others, and to grow the business.
• Understands the risk and regulatory frameworks within which the business operates. Embeds appropriate people risk and conduct interventions to ensure confidence that our people are adhering to mandatory requirements and are fit and proper to undertake their roles.
• Supports execution of cyclical people programmes as required e.g. performance management, Pulse, etc.

• Advises and supports on complex Employee Relation cases including cases that have the added complication of involmnet by a self-employeed Associates.
• Embraces Human Centred Design methodology when approaching their work.

Profile

* Successful record of influencing, managing and delivering change in a complex business environment
* Expereince of due diligence and consulting with teams during mergers and acquisitions, TUPE transfers, closures and divestments.
* Experience of a business partner culture, working closely with business leaders to achieve objectives.
* Evidence of building a strong reputation for personal excellence and delivery in the businesses in which they have worked.
* Commercial understanding and the ability to deliver and contribute to regional people plan.
* Can make commercial judgments aligned with the business vision, values and strategic objectives.
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to flex personal style in response to others or fit the situation.
