Oakleaf Partnership is partnered with a multi-national asset management firm in their search for a talent acquisition lead to join their dynamic recruitment team during an exciting growth period. This will be a fast-paced, creative role requiring a level head and a hands-on approach. The lead recruiter will be collaborating with the head of people to champion diverse and inclusive recruitment strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership of a recruitment process as part of a forward-thinking firm.

You will have outstanding experience in delivering excellence in:

  • In design, development and championing a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy
  • Leading talent acquisition efforts, including partnering with hiring managers and other People Team members to effectively develop job descriptions, set interview slates, determine appropriate recruiting partners and manage day-to-day efforts
  • Conducting regular reviews of the end-to-end recruitment process striving for efficiency, market leading practices and best-in-class candidate experience
  • Facilitate ongoing professional communication with all stakeholders involved in the talent acquisition process
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, holding each accountable for delivering against our talent needs and DEI strategies
  • Conduct annual reviews of current partnerships and explore new partnerships to support the firm's talent and diversity goals, as appropriate
  • Deliver and pilot innovative sourcing techniques to ensure the business attracts a diverse talent pool
  • Manage the offer process and post offer outreach including but not limited to preparing offer materials, fully explaining the total compensation package, employee proposition, benefits packaged and onboarding process to as well as communicating with the appropriate stakeholders (internally and externally)

We are keen to hear from proactive Talent Acquisition professionals with strong Professional or Financial services experience. These individuals will need to have a minimum of 6-8 years' in corporate environment.

Requirements:

  • 6 - 8 years' minimum experience in a professional environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with both discipline and organization
  • Passion for problem solving and delivering excellence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with an ability to coordinate multiple projects and processes
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative working environment
  • Intellectual curiosity to uncover trends, apply best practices and creatively challenge the status quo
