Description

As the HRBP, you will have previous experience in HR best practices and employee management. You will work closely with Senior Managers to identify new ideas and suggest solutions, considering commercial opportunities, whilst embedding the company values and culture. Supporting the Group Heads of Services to innovate, develop and improve people management strategy and develop the Group through strategic initiatives and projects.

In this role, the HRBP will play an integral part in developing and promoting the corporate and business aims, objectives and cultural aspirations, whilst delivering a commercially focused solution. Working collaboratively with the wider HR team and Senior Leadership Teams you will act as a consultant on human resources management, services and organisational change within multiple environments.

Profile

The ideal HRBP will:

  • Have previous HRBP experience across a portfolio of operational areas
  • Experience of influencing and effective collaboration with functions and stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience in proactively diagnosing, developing and executing solutions to problems and organisational challenges
  • Uses data to develop insight and support decision-making
  • High level of demonstrable knowledge of HR capabilities (e.g. Talent Planning, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Cultural Change, etc.)
  • In depth and demonstrable knowledge of employment law, HR policy and practice and its practical application in a commercial environment
  • Experience of planning and executing cultural change programmes
  • Confident and credible delivery of strategy and information to a wide range of audiences
  • Be CIPD Qualified

Job Offer

£45k - £50k dependant on experience

This role is based in Bodmin, with hybrid working - 1/2 days a week in the office.

Relocation package available.
