Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnered with a well-established, global financial services firm based in London who are seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to join their team.

You will manage the Early Careers agenda across Europe and have ownership of the development of the school leaver, student, and junior talent pipelines. You will also provide direction to key stakeholders on local market needs and requirements to ensure the attraction of candidates across Europe whilst bringing brand awareness.

You will be working alongside another Early Careers Manager specialising in the European Remit as well as two other early career recruiters working across other jurisdictions as well as a recruitment coordinator who supports in all the recruitment administration.

This is a fantastic role for an early careers recruiter who is passionate about the early careers space, someone who enjoys having a more strategic recruitment approach and someone who likes to build relationships both externally and internally.

Ideal Skillset:
* Strong recruitment experience within the early careers space, with a genuine passion for early careers.
* Financial Services or professional services background ideal.
* Knowledge and experience of European universities - desirable not essential.
* Demonstrated ability in building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing outcomes where necessary.
* Ability to work autonomously.
